Current Landlord Contacts - This is helpful you want to contact their landlord for references and recommendations. To save time and effort, you can just call up the landlords of shortlisted applicants.
Details of Occupants Living Together - This will clue you on how long they may be staying and whether your rental property is suitable for their living needs. In general, a married couple with kids are more likely be long term tenants vs a single person who lives by himself.
