My Partner's Worst Landlord Tenant Problem

My partner bought his ex and her family to New Zealand. They were living in his property and she needed to become a permanent resident to stay in New Zealand.

When the relationship failed, he moved out of the property. We have purchased the house together. His ex and 4 children are still living in the house as squatters.

The house has already been sold off and will become unconditional next week (*the word "unconditional" refers to an unconditional contract where the property sale is highly likely to be confirmed). He has been trying to get his ex and her family out. He started off trying to be nice, but now he has reached boiling point.
