Quicken Property Management Software - Not Right for Me

by Elizabeth
(California)

I have used an older version of Quicken and found it easy to use. However, upgrading to version 2010 was the worst decision I made.

Gone is the simplistic use of the program, and what's worse is that you can't add tenants. The program tells you to go to the Accounts tab to add the names (in this case I have an 18 unit apartment building) but there is no tab to add names.

I find this very frustrating and have spent hours finding a workaround but to no avail. I will definitely use the 60 day money back guarantee.
