My Tip for Tenant Credit Checks

Some potential renters are highly concerned with any negative and false information that may show up when you run a landlord tenant credit check on them.

To calm their worries, I will advise them to apply and check out their own credit reports before handing it to you.

Personally I recommend running a complete tenant check on potential renters including background checks, credit reports, criminal records and eviction records. The few extra dollars spent may go a long way into revealing some major problems.
