DIY (by Real Estate Solutions) is an fully integrated residential property management software.

With this software I can handle my tenant related and accounting tasks plus run tenant screening and send files to collections. My tenants can also pay their rent online and send their maintenance requests through the resident portal.

They also have a tool that allows me to build websites to market vacant properties for my property management company (and I'm not a programmer). My available units will be sent to Google for online listing.

The rental applications can be completed by my tenants online and I am able to print my Blue Moon lease forms directly with DIY. They have a full general ledger accounting system that allows me to run all my financial reports and pay property owners and vendors electronically.

Since the DIY property management software is web based, I can access my rental property information from anywhere. My accountant also has access to all my accounting information so I don't have to use another method (although they do have a QuickBooks export feature).

My property owners also have online access and this sharply cuts down the number of inquiries since they can run any report by themselves if they want additional information.
